Remote Session time? COVID-19 update for clients
/Given the most recent advice by government and health officials, regretfully Setup Sync & Learn will not be visiting people in person for sessions until further notice.
If you’re isolating at home, working, studying or running the now very busy household, you may find that you need some technical help or advice. It may also be a good opportunity to make this a positive and learn more about using your Apple devices. You may also have questions concerning other technology in your house eg. TV, printer, wi-fi, speakers etc.
The best way for clients to determine if a remote session is a good solution for them is by following these steps:

Wait for confirmation or further communication
Use our Recommendations List to help you prepare for the session here
Please note: a remote session is by appointment just like an in person session. If you require more urgent technical assistance you may like to try Apple’s official support AppleCare on 1300 321 456 (charges may apply).
